Safer Home Services was great to work with! They responded to our call immediately and set up an appointment to come investigate and diagnosis the problem. The appointment time/day was convenient. Michael and Mason is who we worked with, they were polite, professional, and took their time to make sure we understood everything they were explaining and seeing as far as the water damage in our house. They also offered great suggestions on how to improve and fix the water damage.

Michael and Jack were able to quickly assess our foundation problem that we were having that was leaking water into our house! After starting the repair and renovation, Keith was able to help with renovating the room. He showed his craftsmanship and had great attention to detail! We couldn’t have been happier to have worked with Safer Home Services LLC and would highly recommend them!

When we had water damage in our home, we called on Jack and Michael for help. They came to assess the damage and were incredibly helpful in relieving our stress. Safer Home Services helped us with renovating and repairing areas that had lead paint issues in our house which included replacing/repairing a door and 3 windows and basement stairs, along with smaller fixes. They started with clearly explaining how they will handle the issues. The quote they provided was reasonable and better than other quotes I got. There was no surprises. They worked very clean and did great job overall. We will definitely work with them for future projects.

Safer Home Services is a trustworthy and competent organization, and I would recommend them without hesitation to family or friends. After I was told that I may have mold in my attic, I brought two contractors over to give me an estimate on remediation. The first came and left, and emailed me an estimate. Then Michael from Safer Homes Services came. He took measurements and thoroughly inspected the attic. He then explained to me some minor problems in the attic but stated that I did NOT have mold and wouldn’t need a remediation. He certified that in writing for me and saved me a considerable expense. Thanks Michael!

The only complaint I'm going to give in this review is that I can't give these guys 6 stars. Safer Home Services were some of the best contractors I've ever used in all my years of living in South Jersey. Going to try and make a long story short. I had a mishap happen in a bathroom that leaked water which tore through a ceiling underneath in a lower floor. 2 nights before Thanksgiving... In a panic I called 2 different companies, one of them being Safer Home Services. Michael and his team came right away that night and gave me a thorough estimate with what needed to be done and how soon. By a miracle, they gave me an absolute steal of a price for 2 fans, 2 dehumidifiers, and an extremely fair price on the estimate for the repair. When it came time for the repair, they were fast, efficient, and very communicative throughout everything. I'm not exaggerating when I say Safer Home saved me during a really stressful time during the holiday. If you are in need of a repair and need someone you can trust, don't hesitate to call Safer Home Services!
